Finance Manager – Independent School

Salary: £55,000 – £70,000 per annum (depending on experience)

Contract: Permanent, full-time (term-time plus 8 weeks)

Hours: 40 hours per week, 8am – 5pm

Start date: As soon as possible

Loyal Blue Recruitment are working exclusively with a well-established independent preparatory school in Windsor to appoint an experienced Finance Manager.

About the role

The Finance Manager will take responsibility for all aspects of financial management across the school. The successful candidate will work closely with the Head and Council of Management, providing accurate financial information, maintaining effective systems, and ensuring compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements.

Essential requirements
