Finance ManagerWarwick Salary: Up to £65,000 + Medical Cover + Pension

Are you an experienced finance professional looking for a role where you can make a real impact? This is an exciting opportunity to join a well-established group as a Finance Manager, reporting directly to the Group Finance Director and Group Managing Director.

You’ll play a key role in delivering accurate financial reporting, driving efficiencies, and supporting strategic decision-making across multiple subsidiaries.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare monthly management accounts and consolidated reporting packs.
  • Monthly review meetings & analysis.
  • Shape action plans to improve performance.
  • Lead annual budgeting and regular forecasting, including financial modelling and cost analysis.
  • Drive pricing and profitability initiatives including supporting with tender bids.
  • Identifying cost‑saving opportunities.
  • Manage invoice discounting processes and bank ledger reporting.
  • Collaborate with international offices.
Skills & Experience
  • At least 5 years within Management Accounting
  • Advanced Excel skills, experience with Dimension is desirable but not essential.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills
  • Prior leadership experience is essential.
  • Experience in pricing, profitability analysis, and bid support.
  • Exposure to international operations is desirable
