Responsibilities

• Preparing and tracking invoices;
• Preparing financial analytics;
• Compensations calculation;
• Tracking and managing incoming/outgoing payments;
• Accounting of accounts payable and receivables;
• Tracking all the operations in the accounting system;
• All financial information validation;
• Accounting within dev team, daily, weekly reports on costs, revenue, profits;
• Maintaining Profit and Loss on different levels.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of experience in preparing financial reporting in IT field;
• Expert in Google Spreadsheets or Excel;
• Excellent communication skills (Engilsh B1+);
• Experience in working with systems QBO, Zoho, Xero;
• Experience in preparing budgets;
• Analytical thinking;
• Knowledge of accounting and reporting standards.
