A UK charity supporting farmers is looking for a Finance Manager to oversee financial operations during a period of change. You will manage accounts, payroll, and ensure compliance with financial regulations. The ideal candidate will have charity finance experience, strong numeracy skills, and be able to work independently and as part of a team. This role is based in Oxford and offers a salary of £42,000–£45,000.

We are seeking to appoint a Finance Manager, who will be integral to supporting the charity through an exciting period of change and development. This is a new role, and the successful applicant will have the opportunity to refine the role.
