Job summary

The CFO HQ in the United Kingdom is seeking a hands-on Finance Manager in Tadworth to own the day-to-day finance function within a growing SME. You will lead budgets, forecasts and cashflow, deliver timely management accounts, and provide clear financial reporting to senior leadership.

The ideal candidate has 8+ years in finance, ACCA/CIMA qualification, and strong experience with Xero in a larger organisation.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in finance or accounting.
• Fully qualified or part-qualified ACCA/CIMA.
• Budget management, forecasting and cashflow experience.
• Strong technical accounting knowledge and end-to-end finance experience.
• Proven experience with Xero.
• Strong attention to detail and communication.

Responsibilities

• Managing budgets, including preparation, monitoring expenditure and analysing variances.
