Description

This is a newly created role to support the US expansion of the business by focusing on statutory reporting and management accounts. You will lead a team in doing so, whilst overseeing audit, and building relationships with stakeholders; challenging processes and assessing the impact of new regulatory requirements.

Profile
  • Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent). My client will consider first‑time movers from practice.
  • Previous experience managing a small team of accountants.
  • Proven consolidation and statutory accounts experience; United States GAAP knowledge preferred but not essential.
  • Strong communication and analytical skills with the ability to negotiate and build relationships with multiple stakeholders.
  • Attention to detail with the desire to develop and improve systems and processes.
  • Flexible, proactive and self‑motivated with excellent organisational skills.
