Overview

Larbert & Hybrid Annual Bonus Incentive Progression Opportunity Management Role. Axon Moore is partnering with a leading services business based in Larbert to recruit an experienced Finance Manager to lead their Financial Accounts and Cash Allocations teams. This is a key role overseeing financial controls, systems, and reporting while driving process improvements across the function.

Responsibilities
  • Oversee and maintain risk and control frameworks for Financial Accounts and Cash Allocations.
  • Ensure up-to-date SOPs and strong compliance across all team processes.
  • Manage bank reconciliation and expense reimbursement systems, including monthly reviews.
  • Support insurance renewals and related queries.
  • Lead month-end close activities, including sales and nominal ledger rollovers.
  • Review unallocated cash reports and monitor departmental KPIs.
  • Drive process efficiency, system development, and resource planning.
  • Lead and develop a small, high-performing finance team.
The Candidate
  • OBE, Part-qualified or fully qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, or CIMA).
  • Proven leadership experience within a commercial, high-volume, multi-site environment.
  • Strong Excel and financial systems skills.
  • Excellent communicator with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Control-focused, detail-oriented, and proactive in driving improvements.
