A great opportunity for a commercially minded Finance Manager to join a growing Building Solutions business and lead financial performance across the North of England within construction projects.

Supporting a portfolio of long‑term contracts, you'll partner closely with operational and commercial teams to drive accuracy, challenge performance, and shape financial strategy. This is a high‑visibility role with real influence and strong progression potential.

What you’ll do

• Own financial reporting and analysis across 20+ regional contracts
• Lead budgets, forecasts, monthly accounts and performance reviews
• Challenge and support operational teams on contract performance
• Manage cashflow, WIP and key balance sheet reconciliations
• Support scenario modelling, risk/opportunity analysis and strategic planning
• Build strong stakeholder relationships and deputise for the Finance Business Partner

What you’ll bring

• CIMA/ACCA qualified with 5+ years PQE
• Experience in long‑term contract accounting (construction preferred)
