Our client, a global leader in reliable networking devices and accessories, is experiencing 40% year-on-year growth. Their innovative products play a vital role in everyday life, and they are now seeking a Finance Manager to join their Reading-based team.

Job Specification

As a Finance Manager, you will play a pivotal part in creating and maintaining a productive, organised finance department. In addition, you will be responsible for:

  • Planning, organising and overseeing the monthly, quarterly and yearly tasks of the team.
  • Accounts receivable, accounts payable and general ledger.
  • Overseeing the preparation of financial reports, statements and audit schedules.
  • Establishing and maintaining accounting policies and procedures aligned with company goals.
  • Training, mentoring, and evaluating the accounting team performance
  • Identifying process inefficiencies and implement best practices for improved workflow
Requirements

  • Qualification within Accounting or Finance.
  • Suitable experience within an accounting or finance management role with broad exposure across different parts of finance

  • Effective communication and leadership skills
  • High level of integrity, confidentiality and professionalism
