Finance Manager (Part-Time)

Location: Onsite (In Person)

Hours: 25 per week, Monday-Friday

Salary: £30,000£35,000 FTE (pro-rata)

Job Purpose

Our client is seeking a part-time Finance Manager to oversee the accurate running of day-to-day finance and accounting operations across multiple entities within their group. Working closely with a full-time Finance Coordinator and an outsourced finance team, you will maintain robust financial processes, ensure accurate financial reporting, and provide insights that support key business decisions.

This role is ideal for an experienced finance professional looking to apply their expertise in a dynamic environment while enjoying the flexibility of part-time hours.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage daily finance operations, including invoices, receipts, payments, and credit card transactions.
  • Prepare ad hoc financial reports, reconciliations, and respond to business queries.
  • Generate sales invoices and manage intercompany recharges.
  • Perform regular bank reconciliations.
  • Maintain accurate sales and purchase ledgers.
