Finance Manager

Northampton (Home-Based) | £62,000 - £70,000 + 10% Bonus

The Opportunity

This is a genuinely exciting opportunity for an ambitious ACA-qualified accountant to join a rapidly growing PE-backed business at a pivotal moment in their growth story. With projections to double in size over the next two years, this Finance Manager role offers the perfect platform for someone ready to make their mark outside practice.

The Role

Reporting directly to the Head of Finance, you'll take ownership of a genuinely broad and varied remit that will stretch and develop you:

75% Technical Accounting & Consolidation:

• Group consolidations and technical accounting
• Intercompany accounts and reconciliations
• Month-end and year-end processes
• Technical reporting and compliance

25% Commercial & Business Partnering:

• Budget preparation and forecasting
• Business partnering across the group
• Commercial insight and analysis
• Supporting strategic decision-making

Working Arrangements

This is a home-based role with occasional office or site meetings, offering genuine flexibility whilst keeping you connected to the business and wider finance team.
