As part of their expansion, they are seeking an experienced Finance Manager to join the team at their Leeds office. This is a fantastic opportunity to take ownership of the finance function, work closely with senior leadership, and play a key role in the company\'s continued success.

Responsibilities
  • Oversee day-to-day finance operations, including accounts payable, receivable, payroll, and month-end processes
  • Prepare management accounts, financial statements, and reports to support strategic decision-making
  • Manage budgets, forecasts, and cash flow to ensure business sustainability and growth
  • Ensure compliance with financial regulations, internal policies, and external audits
  • Provide financial insights and recommendations to the senior management team
  • Lead and develop a small finance team, ensuring high performance and professional growth
  • Liaise with external stakeholders including auditors, banks, and HMRC
Requirements
  • Fully qualified (ACA, ACCA, or CIMA) or equivalent experience
  • Proven track record in a Finance Manager or similar senior finance role
  • Strong technical knowledge of financial reporting, compliance, and controls
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills with the ability to influence at all levels
  • Advanced Excel skills with hands-on experience using Sage and Xero
  • A proactive, hands-on approach with strong attention to detail
