Job summary

The Alliance Schools Trust is seeking an experienced Finance Manager to lead financial services across the trust’s schools. You will own budgeting, forecasting and advanced reporting, with responsibility for payroll management and financial analysis, working closely with stakeholders to drive value for money and financial efficiency.

The role is based at the Trust Shared Services Hub at Willen Primary School in Milton Keynes and may require travel between schools across Milton Keynes.

Job description

The Alliance Schools Trust is looking for an experienced and qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent) to join our dynamic team as Finance Manager.

You will focus on delivering high-quality financial services across all trust schools, ensuring real-time financial awareness and supporting robust budgeting and forecasting processes. Working closely with stakeholders across the organisation, you will drive value for money, improve financial efficiency, and take ownership of advanced reporting, payroll management, and financial analysis and the wider finance team.

The role is based at our Trust Shared Services Hub at Willen Primary School and will require some travelling between our schools within Milton Keynes.
