An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Finance Manager to join a leading national organisation within the manufacturing and infrastructure sector. This role will provide key financial leadership and business partnering across both BAU and major strategic project work in the Midlands region.

The Role

Reporting into the Regional Head of Finance, the Finance Manager will play a pivotal role in ensuring financial governance, supporting decision‑making, and driving performance across multiple contracts. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to broaden their experience and demonstrate their impact at a senior level.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee financial governance and control across regional contracts
  • Provide critical support to operational and management teams to inform tactical planning and strategic decisions
  • Lead the delivery of accurate, timely and compliant financial reporting
  • Drive process improvements and operational efficiencies
  • Play an active role in major strategic projects and capital investment opportunities
  • Support the provision of management information and performance analysis
About You
  • Qualified Accountant (ACA / ACCA / CIMA) or QBE with strong technical accounting skills
  • Proven experience in financial modelling and appraisals
  • Strong business partnering skills with the ability to influence senior stakeholders
  • Strategic project experience is advantageous
  • Self‑starter with a continuous improvement mindset
