A multinational high-street retailer is seeking a Finance Manager for a hybrid role in Salford Quays, Manchester. The successful candidate will lead the Digital & Technology Finance team and engage with various partners. Required qualifications include being a qualified accountant and possessing exceptional business partnering skills. The contract is for 6 months with a pay rate of £450 - £550 per day.

Role Summary

We are seeking a Finance Manager with strong business partnering capabilities.

You’ll be leading the Digital & Technology (D&T) Finance team within Record to Report. Key to the role will be engaging with both Finance and non-Finance partners.

Key accountabilities of the role

• Leading and encouraging a team of 5 reports, to deliver high quality outputs, driving a continuous improvement mentality and a can-do attitude
• Ensuring the large volume of tasks and queries are managed effectively, within a timely resolution, and aligned to the timetable key to successful delivery
• Develop the team to work collaboratively with London Finance business partners to ensure the financials are reflected accurately
• Strong Business Partner engagement to facilitate a collaborative working environment, managing regular dialogue to continue to drive improved performance

• Qualified accountant (e.g. ACA, ACCA, CIMA)
