The pay rate on offer is 450 - 550 per day (via Umbrella agency - inside IR35).

Role Summary

We are seeking a Finance Manager with strong business partnering capabilities.

You’ll be leading the Digital & Technology (D&T) Finance team within Record to Report. Key to the role will be engaging with both Finance and non-Finance partners.

Key accountabilities of the role

• Leading and encouraging a team of 5 reports, to deliver high quality outputs, driving a continuous improvement mentality and a can‑do attitude
• Ensuring the large volume of tasks and queries are managed effectively, within a timely resolution, and aligned to the timetable key to successful delivery
• Develop the team to work collaboratively with London Finance business partners to ensure the financials are reflected accurately
• Strong Business Partner engagement to facilitate a collaborative working environment, managing regular dialogue to continue to drive improved performance

Key skills and experience

• Qualified accountant (e.g. ACA, ACCA, CIMA)
• Exceptional business partnering skills with the ability to build relationships and influence at all levels
• Line management experience, managing teams through transition and change
• Strong communication skills.
• Experience of using SAP, but not essential
• Strong accounting skills with previous experience of working in a fast‑paced environment/shared service centre
