Looking for an experienced and hands‑on Finance Manager to join a friendly office team. This is a varied role where you'll take ownership of the day‑to‑day financial management of the business while also supporting a small, dedicated team in the office.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Preparing and maintaining management accounts
  • Submitting end‑of‑year reports and liaising with the external accountant
  • Overseeing credit control and ensuring timely payments
  • Assisting with payroll processing
  • Managing both sales ledger and purchase ledger
  • Uploading and maintaining supplier invoices using Sage 50
  • Supporting and supervising a small office team, ensuring smooth day‑to‑day operations
  • Handling general office management duties and fostering a positive, supportive working environment
The Ideal Candidate:
  • Previous experience in a finance or accounting management role
  • Confident using Sage 50 and Microsoft Office
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills
  • A proactive, approachable team player with good communication skills
  • Enjoys working in an office‑based, collaborative environment

Monday - Friday 9am - 5pm
