Responsibilities

• Partner with Network and Scheduling stakeholders to support strategic and operational decision making.
• Evaluate route profitability and identify opportunities to improve financial performance.
• Support Network Development Forum activity through financial modelling, business cases and scenario analysis.
• Lead monthly reporting, forecasting and performance analysis across the network portfolio.
• Develop insights connecting commercial, operational and financial performance.
• Challenge assumptions within business cases and investment proposals.
• Support long-term planning, budgeting and five-year business plans.
• Assess network initiatives, competitor activity and cost-saving opportunities.

THE TEAM

As part of our Commercial Finance team, you'll report to the Senior Finance Manager for Network and work alongside a small, highly impactful team supporting easyJet's Network and Scheduling functions. Together, we play a critical role in helping the business make informed decisions around route performance, aircraft allocation, network investments and long‑term planning.

The team acts as a key bridge between Network and Scheduling and the wider Finance function, providing the insight, challenge and financial expertise needed to support profitable growth across our network.

THE ROLE

This is a highly visible business partnering role at the heart of easyJet's commercial decision‑making. You'll help shape the financial outcomes of our network by providing insight, analysis and challenge to support decisions on aircraft deployment, route allocation and scheduling.

Key responsibilities include:

• Partnering closely with Network and Scheduling stakeholders to support strategic and operational decision making.
• Evaluating route profitability and identifying opportunities to improve financial performance.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

We're looking for an analytically minded finance professional who combines strong commercial judgement with the confidence to influence stakeholders across multiple functions.

You'll bring:

• A professional accounting qualification and strong post-qualified finance experience.
• Proven success in a business partnering environment.
• Advanced analytical and problem‑solving skills with experience working with large data sets.
• The ability to communicate complex information clearly and influence decision making.
• Strong commercial acumen and an understanding of how financial drivers impact business performance.
• Excellent stakeholder management skills and confidence working with senior leaders.
• Strong Excel skills, with Planning Analytics experience beneficial.
• A proactive and collaborative approach with the ability to work independently.
• Experience within aviation, transport or another complex commercial environment would be advantageous but is not essential.

PRACTICALITIES

This full‑time role will be based in Luton and will be 40 hours per week. We support hybrid working and we spend 60% of our time per month in the office.
