Ruby Group is seeking a Finance Manager to join a fast-growing consumer goods business located in Central London. This is an exciting opportunity as the company embarks on Series B funding. The role reports directly to the CEO.

Key Responsibilities

• Produce monthly management accounts, including P&L analysis, variances, and commentaries.
• Ensure financial reports are accurate, complete, and aligned with budget forecasts.
• Handle balance sheet reconciliations, VAT reporting, revenue tracking, and maintain compliance with financial reporting and audit standards.
• Supervise and support a small finance team, developing and reviewing financial systems.
• Manage a project to bring financial operations back in-house from India.

Candidate Requirements

• CIMA, ACCA, or ACA qualified with at least one year of post-qualified experience, ideally in a Management Accountant or Finance Manager role.
• Strong technical expertise in P&L analysis and management accounts production.
• Proven leadership skills with the ability to develop junior team members.
• Expertise in financial controls, compliance, and statutory reporting.
• Ability to meet deadlines and work efficiently under pressure.
