A leading luxury brand in Leeds is seeking a Finance Manager to oversee finance and accounting tasks. In this role, you will manage a team and ensure compliance with policies, while driving continuous improvement. The ideal candidate is a fully qualified accountant with supervisory experience and a focus on developing talent. The role is offered full-time and is based in Leeds for a minimum of 3 days a week.

JOB PURPOSE
As the Finance Manager at Burberry, you’ll be overseeing the completion of finance and accounting tasks within the RTR Centre of Excellence, responsible for delivering high quality financial information, compliance and controls. By connecting with stakeholders across the business, you’ll understand commercial priorities and challenges faced to develop solutions, creating new or improving processes to achieve more efficient ways of working.
Alongside this, you’ll manage and lead a brilliant team of Accountants and Senior Accountants in all aspects of the month end process, ensuring resource and skills are allocated effectively while encouraging professional development and a continuous improvement approach.
This Finance Manager role is offered on a full time, permanent basis and will be based in our Queen Street, Leeds office for a minimum of 3 days per week.
