An international professional services firm are looking for a Finance Manager to join the team. The team are expanding and are looking for a client-focused Finance Manager to take on this newly created role. This is a pivotal hire for the team, and will need a proactive, personable and collaborative individual to work closely with internal and external stakeholders, delivering tailored accounting solutions.

Based in Leeds on a hybrid basis, you will lead teams, manage client relationships, providing opportunities for growth and provide strategic insights that make a real impact.

Responsibilities

• Deliver a full suite of accountancy services, including: Management accounts oversight and Statutory reporting and review
• Lead and manage finance functions for a diverse client portfolio
• Provide commercial finance insights and strategic recommendations
• Oversee system reviews and process improvements
• Ensure timely, accurate delivery of services within budget
• Coach and develop team members, fostering technical and client management skills
• Build trusted relationships with clients and internal stakeholders
• Identify opportunities for business development and cross-service collaboration
• Contribute to the strategic direction and operational success of the team
