You will own month-end close, consolidated reporting, intercompany controls and audits while driving system implementations and data-driven dashboards across Finance, Technology and Operations. The role offers a 35-hour week with flexible working options in a dynamic fintech environment.

We are looking for a Finance Manager who thrives in a fast-paced, changing environment and enjoys improving the way finance operates. This is an opportunity for someone who combines strong technical accounting expertise with a passion for transformation, automation and continuous improvement.
You’ll play a key role in delivering accurate financial reporting whilst leading initiatives to streamline processes, improve controls, implement new systems and enhance the overall finance operating model. We are looking for someone who naturally challenges existing ways of working, identifies opportunities for improvement and delivers scalable solutions that enable the business to grow.
