  • Prepare and maintain robust monthly balance sheet reconciliations.
  • Support the development of KPIs, management reports and dashboards for stakeholders across the business.

  • Support pre- and post-event financial reconciliation and ensure revenues and costs are accurately recorded.
  • Take ownership of event settlements, working closely with the Programming team and maintaining strong relationships with promoters and external partners.
  • Recognise and report revenue daily across live events and hospitality activity.
  • Support the Finance team with sales invoicing, weekly revenue journals, debtor reporting and collections.

  • Support the development and ongoing improvement of Finance systems and processes.

  • Support forecasting and financial planning processes.
  • Build strong working relationships with stakeholders across the business.
  • Line manage and mentor the Finance Assistant, providing day-to-day support, guidance and development.

  • Take ownership of ad-hoc analysis, projects and responsibilities as KOKO continues to grow and evolve.
  • Contribute to a positive, collaborative and high-performing Finance team.
