An experienced Finance Manager is sought for this role.
2 month handover period (with 16hr weekly approx during handover) 25 hours/week
Salary dependent on experience

Responsible for:
  • Day-to-day use of Quickbooks
  • Review and verification of invoices
  • Raising invoices and tracking prompt payment
  • Filing documents/invoices on digital system.
  • Monthly payroll/HR
  • Payment of bills/payroll
  • Reconciliation
  • End of year accounts
  • Preparation of budgets and management reports
  • Support with Fundraising and Grant Budget projections and calculations
