10x Banking is seeking a Finance Manager to own internal reporting, financial control and commercial finance in a fast‑growing business. You will lead a small team and partner with stakeholders across the organization to drive efficiency through technology.
The ideal candidate is a qualified accountant with strong UKGAAP knowledge, excellent analytical and modelling skills, and a passion for automation in a dynamic, remote-enabled environment.
This position reports to the Head of Finance and will be key in delivering excellent financial control and leveraging technology and automation to simplify processes and improve efficiency. The Finance manager role is broad with one direct report and ownership over internal reporting, financial control, businessperformanceand commercial finance with opportunities to partner with key stakeholders across the business.
