Role Overview

Learning without Limits Academy Trust is seeking to appoint a forward‑thinking Finance Manager with a passion for finance and accounts to lead our centralised department. The successful candidate will have a strong intuition for finance and place compliance and the delivery of high‑quality financial support services at the heart of everything they do.

Responsibilities & Qualifications
  • A qualified (or part qualified) accountant with at least 2 years’ experience of working at management level.
  • A high level of confidence in using accounting software, Excel and other cloud‑based software systems, to deliver and improve the efficiency and effectiveness of financial processes and reporting.
  • Experience of successfully managing and developing a small team and building strong relationships with wider colleagues.
  • Excellent organisational, time management skills with a keen eye for detail.
  • Motivation and the ability to use your own initiative.

Role Details

The role will be based at the Trust offices at Lancaster Academy, some travel between school sites will be required. This post is subject to a successful Disclosure and Barring (DBS) check and satisfactory references.
