Think Accountancy and Finance are pleased to be exclusively partnering with Webbs Estate Agents, a well-established, independent and values‑led property group, is entering an exciting phase of growth through acquisition — and we're creating a brand‑new Finance Manager role to support that journey.

This is a rare opportunity to build the finance function from the ground up and play a key role in shaping the future of a rapidly expanding multi‑entity business.

The Role

You'll take ownership of the day‑to‑day finance across five entities, combining hands‑on delivery with strategic and commercial insight. As a key member of the Senior Leadership Team, you'll support decision‑making, forecasting and growth.

Key areas include:

• Management accounts & consolidation
• Multi‑entity & intercompany accounting
• Forecasting, budgeting & targeting
• Payroll oversight (multiple payrolls)
• Commercial insight & board‑level reporting
• Supporting acquisitions & finance integration
