The Opportunity

We are looking for a qualified and experienced Finance Manager to join our Leadership Team at The Cornwall Bakery, home of Ginsters and a key site within Samworth Brothers. This is a standalone business partner role, pivotal in driving financial performance and supporting strategic growth through a major capital investment programme.

• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and 5-year planning processes for the site.
• Drive continuous improvement through financial analysis of major site initiatives.
