As Finance Manager, You Will
  • Ensure accurate and timely preparation of management accounts, forecasts and budgets
  • Oversee balance sheet reconciliation, month‑end tasks and year‑end audit processes.
  • Monitor and control departmental costs, taking action to minimise variances.
  • Support the hotel’s business plan and budget to maximise revenue
  • Ensure compliance with financial regulations, HMRC reporting and audit standards.
  • Develop and maintain departmental performance standards and internal financial controls.
  • Identify and implement process improvements to enhance financial efficiency.
The Ideal Candidate Will Have the Following Skills
  • Proven experience in financial management within a hospitality or service‑oriented environment.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to coach, support and develop a team
  • Excellent attention to detail with strong numerical and analytical ability
