G1 Search is thrilled to be exclusively partnering with one of Northern Ireland's Top 150 businesses to appoint a Finance Manager.

Reporting to the Group’s Finance Director, the Finance Manager will take responsibility for the day-to-day management of the finance function and lead an experienced team of finance professionals. The role will cover statutory compliance, internal controls, financial reporting, and month-end processes, while also contributing to commercial insight and supporting strategic decision making.

Based in Greater Belfast (East), this is a hands‑on leadership role offering the chance to make a tangible impact in a customer‑focused and innovative business.

What We Are Looking For

• A highly effective finance lead with proven experience of delivering results and with proven experience of team leadership or supervisory responsibility
• Experience in managing and developing high‑performing, results‑oriented finance teams.
• Strong technical grounding across statutory accounts, VAT, reconciliations, and management reporting
• Proficiency in Excel and ERP systems
• A proactive mindset, strong analytical skills, and the ability to communicate clearly with stakeholders across the organisation
