As Finance Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and leading the finance general ledger team. Reporting directly to the Financial Controller, you will ensure the integrity of financial accounting, reporting, and control activities across the business.
We’re seeking a qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent) with a strong blend of practice and industry experience, ideally within infrastructure, civil engineering, or construction. You will be commercially astute, technically strong, and confident in influencing senior stakeholders.
AmcoGiffen delivers maintenance frameworks, capital delivery and complex civil engineering across the UK, including bridge reconstruction, environmental infrastructure, highways, tunnels, station works, lineside civils and utility installations. Our clients include Local Authorities, Network Rail, energy companies and environmental organisations.

This is a unique opportunity to step into a senior finance leadership role within a dynamic infrastructure and civil engineering business. You’ll be instrumental in ensuring financial integrity, driving performance, and supporting strategic decision‑making at board level.
You will be joining a reputable and firmly established, engineering contractor operating nationally in rail, civils and engineering markets.
