• Minimum 5 years' experience in SME, high-growth or PE-backed environments.
• Proven track record of owning end-to-end finance operations.
• Thrives in a fast-paced, founder-led environment.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day finance operations including bookkeeping and invoicing.
• Manage and optimise finance systems including Xero and Dext.
• Deliver monthly management accounts ensuring accurate reporting and compliance.
• Lead financial due diligence, valuation modelling, and deal structuring for acquisitions.
