Finance Lead plays a vital role in the Finance team, contributing to operational excellence and strategic delivery. This role supports key financial processes and ensures compliance, accuracy, and efficiency across systems and reporting.

Working closely with stakeholders, the role involves managing workflows, supporting system improvements, and delivering insights that drive business decisions. The successful candidate will be proactive, detail-oriented, and collaborative.

Key responsibilities
  • Support and improve financial systems and processes.
  • Ensure accurate and timely reporting and data management.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to deliver financial insights.
  • Maintain compliance with financial regulations and standards.
  • Drive continuous improvement and operational efficiency.
  • Provide technical expertise and support to stakeholders.

What does it take to be successful?
  • Qualified Finance Professional (ACCA, CIMA, ACA) or equivalent experience

  • Commercial and business acumen
  • Good knowledge and understanding of, and application of financial reporting and analysis tools (e.g., Power BI, SAP analysis and reporting applications)
  • Financial consolidation, planning, forecasting, and reporting, including variance and cost analysis
