Job summary

Retail Insights in London is seeking a Finance Junior to join our fast-paced, entrepreneurial team. You’ll own core finance tasks and help build scalable financial processes, working onsite at our Buckingham Gate offices.

You will handle accounts payable and receivable, ensure daily transactions are posted in Xero, and support monthly reporting while contributing to budget trackers and cost reconciliations for conferences.

Qualifications

• Finance degree with outstanding results.
• 2+ years of experience in finance.
• UK work permit.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Excellent problem solving skills.
• Highly process oriented and systematic.

Responsibilities

• Accounts payable and accounts receivable functions.
• Ensuring daily accounting transactions are posted into Xero.
• Assisting with budget trackers / cost reconciliations for conferences.
• Assisting with the production of monthly finance reports across the business.
• Assisting with ad-hoc finance projects and new processes implementation.
