ABOUT YOU

You will be a credible, hands-on finance transformation manager with a strong track record of delivering complex finance projects in fast-paced, acquisitive or multi-entity environments. You will be comfortable moving between strategic thinking and detailed delivery, able to quickly understand how a business operates and translate that into a clear, practical integration plan.

  • Qualified accountant or equivalent senior finance experience, with significant exposure to finance transformation, M&A integration, finance operations or acquisition accounting.
  • Proven experience leading complex, cross-functional finance projects, ideally involving systems, controls, reporting, process redesign or operating model change.
