Job summary

L’Oréal Group in London is offering a Finance Industrial Placement for 2027 in White City. The 6-month program starts January 2027 and provides hands-on experience in financial reporting, analysis and planning as part of a finance team.

You will support budgeting, forecasting, cost tracking and cross‑functional collaboration with Marketing, Sales and Supply Chain, while developing your numerical and commercial skills in a fast-paced environment.

As a Finance Intern, you’ll join one of our finance teams and support activities such as financial reporting, analysis and planning.

Day to day, you may be:

• Analysing financial performance: Reviewing results, budgets and forecasts to help identify trends and opportunities
• Supporting reporting: Preparing and checking financial reports and management information
• Contributing to planning: Helping with budgeting, forecasting and financial planning activities
• Providing business insights: Working with colleagues to understand financial results and support decision-making
• Monitoring costs and performance: Tracking relevant expenses and key performance indicators
• Collaborating cross-functionally: Partnering with teams such as Marketing, Sales and Supply Chain to support business priorities
