Job summary

Lloyds Banking Group’s Finance Graduate Scheme offers three years of rotations across core finance areas, with a professional qualification journey toward chartered accountant status. You’ll balance demanding work with structured study, exams and development, in a programme designed to build technical excellence and commercial insight.

Locations include Leeds, Bristol and Edinburgh, with a hybrid working policy requiring two days in the office each week.

Qualifications

• While we do not require a minimum degree achievement, we strongly recommend the ability to demonstrate sound knowledge, understanding and technical skills aligned to the role. Some aspects of this, alongside behaviours and values, will be assessed through the application process.
• Please note that we cannot sponsor visas.

Responsibilities

• Work toward a globally recognised chartered accountancy qualification.
• Balance professional study with exams and practical finance work.
