Job summary

MAG (Airports Group) invites applications for its Finance Graduate Scheme starting September 2027. Based predominantly at Manchester Airport, the programme offers rotations through the Group Finance department, an induction trip across MAG airports, and access to formal qualifications (CIMA or ACCA) sponsorship.

  • Excellent communicator with strong analytical skills and solid business knowledge.
  • Meet security clearance requirements; must have lived in the UK for the last three years.

Responsibilities

  • Complete a thorough induction programme, including trips to each of MAG's airports.
  • Rotate through Finance areas: Transactional Shared Services, Management Accounting, Statutory Reporting, Planning & Analysis and Business Partnering.
  • Participate in a three-year programme designed to develop a career in MAG's finance function.

The role

This is your chance to embark on an industry-leading career in Finance. The skills you will develop are used by Finance Managers, Commercial Leaders, Strategies, and Execs, to name just a few career pathways.

Throughout the Programme, you’ll have access to a wide range of professional development Programmes, plus both formal and informal learning. The formal learning element, which we will sponsor, requires you to study for an internationally recognised accountancy qualification (CIMA or ACCA).

Over three years, you will:

  • Complete a thorough induction Programme, which includes trips to each of our airports.
  • Rotate through our different Finance business areas, including Transactional Shared Services, Management Accounting, Statutory Reporting, Planning & Analysis and Business Partnering.
