About the Role

We are looking for a motivated and ambitious Finance Graduate to join our finance team. This entry-level role provides an excellent opportunity to develop a strong foundation in financial management, reporting, and analysis while gaining hands‑on experience in a dynamic business environment. You will work closely with experienced finance professionals and have the opportunity to rotate across key areas such as financial reporting, management accounting, and business analysis.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in the preparation of monthly management accounts and financial reports.
  • Support budgeting and forecasting processes, including data collection and variance analysis.
  • Help maintain accurate financial records, reconciliations, and supporting documentation.
  • Contribute to the month‑end and year‑end close processes.
  • Assist with internal and external audit requirements.
  • Prepare and update financial models, reports, and analysis to support decision‑making.
  • Participate in finance projects and process improvement initiatives.
  • Support the finance team with ad‑hoc reporting, data analysis, and administrative tasks.
Key Requirements
  • Recent graduate with a degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or a related field.
  • Strong analytical and numerical skills with attention to detail.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and comfortable working with data.
  • Good written and verbal communication skills.
  • Eager to learn, proactive, and able to work collaboratively within a team.
  • Interest in pursuing a professional accounting qualification (ACA, ACCA, CIMA) is desirable.
