Job summary

A leading airport operator is seeking candidates for their Finance Graduate Scheme starting in September 2026 at Manchester Airport. This hybrid role offers a comprehensive programme across various finance business areas. Ideal candidates will have excellent communication, analytical skills, and be willing to pursue an internationally recognised accountancy qualification. Applicants must have lived in the UK for the last three years.

The role

You’ll nurture relationships with our stakeholders, as well as share ideas, learnings and best practices in a collaborative environment. Ensuring that our business partnerships remain strong is at the core of this scheme, calling for all your best qualities such as personality, flair, and intellect.

Throughout the Programme, you’ll have access to a wide range of professional development Programmes plus both formal and informal learning. The formal learning element, which we will sponsor, requires you to study for an internationally recognised accountancy qualification (CIMA or ACCA).

Over three years, you will:
  • Complete a thorough induction programme, which includes trips to each of our airports.
  • Rotate through our different Finance business areas, including Transactional Shared Services, Management Accounting, Statutory Reporting, Planning & Analysis and Business Partnering.
