Job summary

Balanced Hiring in Bristol is seeking an Implementation Consultant to join a growing SaaS consulting team. You will combine your finance knowledge with technology to help clients implement and optimise ERP solutions, improving processes, controls and reporting.

You’ll lead workshops, translate finance requirements into system designs and collaborate with clients and stakeholders to drive successful deliveries.

Qualifications

• Background in management accounting, financial accounting, audit, or finance business partnering.
• Qualified or studying towards a recognised accountancy qualification.
• Strong knowledge of end-to-end finance processes.
• Exposure to ERP systems either as a user or in implementation/improvement projects.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead ERP implementation projects across a varied client base.
• Run discovery workshops to understand financial processes and requirements.
• Translate finance needs into practical system solutions.
• Support system configuration, testing and implementation.
• Deliver client training and support user adoption.
• Manage project timelines, scope and stakeholder expectations.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes, reporting and controls.
• Contribute to solution design and pre-sales activity.
