Job summary

FTI Consulting invites energetic placement interns to London for a one-year program from September 2027 to August 2028. You will join the Economic & Financial Consulting practice, assisting with economics, finance, valuation and accountancy analyses on complex disputes and regulatory change projects.

You'll gain hands-on experience in industry research, data analysis and financial modelling, working closely with managers in small teams and exposure to leading experts.

Qualifications

• Motivated, analytical and highly numerate individuals from all academic backgrounds.
• Interest in economics, finance and accounting and ability to handle data.
• Comfort with presenting findings clearly in writing and verbally.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and review financial models using Excel and relevant databases.
• Conduct econometric analysis and use statistical software for industry insights.
• Research companies, markets or geographies to inform projects.
• Review regulatory landscape and relate findings to client industry.
• Summarise work in emails, memos or slide decks for clients.
• Support project teams and maintain quality of final deliverables.
