Then make it real.**About the role**As our Finance Director, Western Europe B2B E-commerce, you'll act as the strategic Finance Business Partner and co-pilot to the VP B2B E-commerce Western Europe, representing Finance within the leadership team of one of Western Europe's largest business units. The team works across markets to drive sustainable growth, profitability and strong financial governance. With a hybrid rhythm and colleagues across locations, success comes from building relationships, communicating clearly and taking ownership while remaining comfortable navigating ambiguity and change.**What success looks like**You'll help the business make smarter investment decisions, strengthen returns on commercial investments and advance its path to profitability. Over the next 12–18 months, the focus will be on defining the future B2B E-commerce strategy, accelerating value creation and supporting long-term growth.
