Job summary

HRtechX Ltd. in London seeks a Finance Director to own the company finances across a fast-growing portfolio and report to investors while participating in board meetings. You will drive budgeting, cash flow oversight, and strategic financial planning.

The role requires an accounting background with senior finance experience, ideally including CFO or Finance Director roles in small to mid-sized businesses, and UK working permission. Start-up/scale-up insight is highly valued.

Qualifications

• Accounting background with professional experience in finance leadership.
• Experience as CFO, Head of Finance or Finance Director in small/medium businesses.
• UK working permit.
• Media and Conferences industry background preferred but not mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Prepare annual budgets for effective financial planning.
• Provide weekly updates on cash flow.
• Conduct monthly P&L and cash updates for financial insights.
• Evaluate and implement cost optimisation programs.
• Review intercompany and external loans to ensure financial health.
• Lead the Working Capital responsibilities.
• Manage the Human Resources Financial Planning responsibilities.
• Offer support to sales and operations teams.
