The role will be a hands-on, strategic position reporting to the MD and spearheading a major finance function upgrade. Initial focus includes modernising the finance function, influencing strategic decisions, and leading digital transformation to support growth and improved profitability.

• Strong commercial finance capability.
• Experience operating at FD level or ready for step up.
