Job summary

Recruiit is hiring a Finance Director in Leicester on a 12-month fixed-term contract, paying £95,000–£110,000 per year. The role partners with the CFO and a small finance team to deliver accurate reporting and drive efficiencies.

You will own forecasting, budgeting and planning, and produce monthly reporting with strong governance. The role requires a problem-solver with excellent communication and stakeholder management, focused on growing revenue and profitability in a hybrid work environment.

12 Month Fixed Term Contract

This is an excellent opportunity for a Qualified commercial individual to partner with the CFO and support the business (and small finance team) to produce accurate reporting, as well as improve efficiencies, whilst working on some exciting finance projects. You will be a problem solver, who is a strong communicator and stakeholder manager, as well as someone in the detail.

Working closely with commercial and operations teams, this role is key in driving revenue growth and profitability, as well as ensuring excellent governance. You will take full responsibility for forecasting, budgeting, and planning, as well as monthly reporting. The initial contract will be for 12 months, but there is likely to be opportunity beyond this, and potential to go permanent. The role offers hybrid work from home and the company has a great culture and vision.
