CFO Insights is seeking a Finance Director to lead financial strategy and reporting from our London HQ. You will own budgets, cash flow, P&L reviews and investor communications, partnering with senior leadership to drive growth.

The role requires CFO/Head of Finance experience in SMBs, a Big Four background preferred, and UK work eligibility. You will report to the CEO and participate in board meetings, with strong impact on cash and cost optimization.

Formación

• Accounting background with finance leadership experience.
• Experience as CFO, Head of Finance or Finance Director in a small or medium business.
• UK working permit is required.

Responsabilidades

• Prepare annual budgets for effective financial planning.
• Provide weekly cash flow updates and monthly P&L reviews.
• Lead cost optimisation and manage intercompany loans.
• Support sales and operations teams and oversee Working Capital.
• Oversee HR financial planning and report to investors monthly.

Your responsibilities

Your responsibilities will vary; however, some of them will be to:

• Prepare annual budgets for effective financial planning.
• Provide weekly updates on cash flow.
• Conduct monthly P&L and cash updates for comprehensive financial insights.
• Evaluate and implement cost optimisation programs.
• Review intercompany and external loans to ensure optimal financial health.
• Offer support to sales and operations teams.
• Lead the Working Capital responsibilities.
• Manage the Human Resources Financial Planning responsibilities.
• Offer support to sales and operations teams.

• Accounting background. Ideally, more than two years of experience from a Big Four firm.
• Experience as CFO, Head of Finance or Finance Director from a small or medium-sized business.
• UK working permit.
• Media and Conferences industry background preferred but not mandatory.
