Job summary

SF Partners is recruiting a Finance Director – Strategic Projects to drive the finance workstream across acquisitions and post-deal integration. You will develop financial models, investment appraisals and business plans while partnering with the CFO and leadership team.

This high-profile role offers exposure to investors, founders and advisers, with a buy-and-build growth strategy and a hybrid working pattern from Warwickshire or Central London.

Qualifications

• ACA/ACCA/CIMA qualified finance professional with PE experience.
• Experience in acquisitions, integration projects or strategic finance initiatives.
• Commercially minded with strong governance and finance controls.

Responsibilities

• Lead the finance workstream across acquisitions and post-deal integration.
• Manage completion accounts, earn-outs and deferred consideration.
• Ensure compliance with SPAs and governance across deals.
• Build relationships with internal and external stakeholders throughout integration.
• Support acquisition accounting and audit requirements.
• Develop financial models to support investment decisions and strategic projects.
• Partner with senior leadership on commercial initiatives and business planning.
• Develop robust processes and controls to support growth.
