Job summary

TipTopJob in London is seeking a Finance Director to lead the finance function, shape strategy and partner with the CEO and Board. You will guide budgeting, forecasting, treasury and investor relations while driving commercial insight to accelerate growth in a multi-site hospitality business.

The role requires ACA/ACCA/CIMA qualification with significant PQE, strong leadership, and a proven track record of delivering strategic financial leadership at board level in fast-paced environments.

Qualifications

• ACA / ACCA or CIMA qualified with significant PQE experience.
• Senior finance leadership experience.
• Comfortable operating at both detailed and Board level.
• Experience in fast-paced, multi-site and/or international environments.

Im currently working on an exciting Finance Director opportunity with a fast:growing, highly experiential hospitality business with ambitious plans for continued growth.
The Finance Director is a senior, strategic and highly commercial role, partnering closely with the CEO, Board and wider leadership team.
The successful candidate will have real influence over the direction of the business and will be instrumental in supporting its next phase of growth.
