Job summary

A premium wellness operator in Greater London is seeking a Finance Director to join the Board and act as a strategic partner to the CEO. This role will involve shaping financial strategy, leading commercial modelling, and owning budgeting and forecasting. The ideal candidate should have proven senior finance leadership experience in a high-growth business, commercial acumen, and the ability to operate at pace. We’re hiring a Finance Director to join the Board and act as a strategic partner to the CEO.

This is not a maintenance FD role.

This is a growth, scale and value-creation opportunity.

What you’ll do:

• Shape financial strategy and long-term growth planning
• Lead commercial modelling (new sites, franchise expansion, potential acquisitions)
• Own budgeting, forecasting, cash flow and CAPEX
• Strengthen governance, reporting and controls
• Partner with investors and support funding strategy
• Build scalable systems and a high-performing finance team
